GLÜCK - Design for Happiness

We are a Design for Happiness studio that helps businesses, organizations, and individuals promote well-being through their brands, products, culture, and experiences. We create authentic and meaningful solutions that change the way people feel, think, and act. As a Global Partner at the Kaospilot Experience Design Program in Brazil, we craft trainings that transform perspectives and enhance professional and personal growth.

How We Do It
It's no secret how we achieve our goals: GLÜCK is a curious blend of knowledge and expertise from design, communication, psychology, philosophy, education, and entertainment. With this powerful combination, we apply interdisciplinary and proprietary methodologies to create bold and delightful solutions to real problems.

Why We Do It
We believe happiness is a skill that can be practiced intentionally. By applying design principles to our approach, we adopt a mindset that is less escapist and more conscious. We see discomforts as opportunities for transformation, comforts as moments of nourishment, and purposes as catalysts for a happiness in constant motion.

Our Mission
To promote well-being with lightness, enchantment, and excellence from the inside out, creating solutions that sparkle in people's eyes.

Our Vision
To enable a culture of accessible and realistic well-being where happiness is a skill to be practiced intentionally.

Our Essence
Courage! From Latin "Cor Actium" (action of the heart), balancing fear and its absence, this is the fundamental condition for developing excellence.

Our Purpose
Connecting ideas. Designing smiles.
