Louisa Spangenberg

Louisa Spangenberg is a Registered Industrial Psychologist with a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria. Currently serving as the Head of People at Glucode, Louisa leads various functions including HR, hiring, and employee development. With a passion for fostering individual and organizational growth in the complex modern workplace, Louisa's career includes roles as a Senior People Manager at Altron Karabina and Consulting Psychologist at Work Dynamics. They have also contributed academically as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Pretoria, where they supported the education of HR students.
