Currently serving as the Plumbing Engineering Discipline Lead and Austin Office Leader at Glumac, Jon oversees plumbing staff across five regions and implements innovative water conservation strategies while maintaining adherence to quality control measures. With previous leadership roles at Integral Group and CDM Smith, Jon has developed firm-wide standards and successfully managed diverse projects, enhancing client relationships and promoting sustainable design practices.
