Kyle Scarmardo

Kyle Scarmardo has had a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Kyle is currently serving as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at Gluware, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Founding Partner at Autotelek from July 2018.

In 2016, Kyle founded Growth Apex, where they provided professional coaching services to executives, entrepreneurs, and ambitious individuals. Kyle worked on various projects, including increasing productivity and leadership development at Walker Engineering and improving presentation skills at HD Vest.

In 2017, Kyle co-founded Tech Fugitives, a show that focused on analyzing enterprise technology and science. Kyle hosted the show and conducted interviews with industry executives and leaders.

From 2019 to 2022, Kyle held several roles at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. including VP Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Release Management, and Platform Development; VP Infrastructure, Automation/DevOps, Platform Development, and Release Management; and Vice President Enterprise Applications.

Before that, Kyle worked at Fidelity Investments for a significant part of their career, starting in 2000. During their time at Fidelity, they held various positions such as IT Fellow, Vice President Cloud and Strategic Development, Director Cloud Development, and Principal Software Engineer - Cloud Development.

Overall, Kyle Scarmardo has demonstrated expertise in technology, leadership, coaching, and executive development throughout their career.

Kyle Scarmardo is an autodidact and did not attend college. However, they hold additional certifications including a Certified Bulletproof Human Potential Coach from the Bulletproof Training Institute, obtained in August 2018, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation, obtained in January 2020.
