Robert R.

Robert R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert started their career at Sacramento County Animal Care & Regulation as a Volunteer in April 2013. In May 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters for a few months. From August 2013 to June 2014, they worked as a Barista at Peet's Coffee & Tea. In October 2014, they joined Starbucks as a Barista, where they worked until August 2015.

In 2013, Robert also started working as a Stagehand at Rhino Staging & Event Solutions, a role they held until January 2016. In July 2015, they became a Technical Support Lead at ModSquad, Inc. and continued until September 2016.

From September 2016 to February 2018, Robert worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Sutter Health. Robert then transitioned to the role of Converged Infrastructure Administrator at the same company, where they worked from February 2018 to April 2020.

Most recently, since April 2020, Robert has been working as a Support Engineer at Gluware, Inc.

Robert R. began their education in 2014 at MTI College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Robert completed this program in 2016.

In 2019, Robert enrolled at Western Governors University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Cloud Computing. Robert completed this program in 2021.

During their educational journey, Robert also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they earned the Network+ and Security+ certifications from CompTIA. In 2019, they obtained the Google IT Support Professional Certificate Specialization from Coursera. In 2020, they obtained the Project+ and CompTIA A+ ce certifications from CompTIA.
