David C. has extensive experience in the construction and project management industry, spanning several decades. Starting as a draftsman at Guardian Security Systems, Inc. and progressing through various roles, David served as a project engineer at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, where contributions included significant projects such as the Space Needle's Level Addition. Following this, David held positions as chief estimator at Lumpkin, general contractor, and as project manager/estimator at Hagadone Corporation, managing high-profile hotel and resort projects. David's expertise continued to develop at Builders Exchange as a business development manager, fostering an online bid document distribution system. Currently, David serves as a senior estimator and preconstruction professional at GLY Construction while also contributing as a lecturer at the University of Washington.
