Li Guan

Li Guan has a strong background in supply chain management and engineering. From 2023 onwards, Li Guan worked at Glydways as the Director and Head of Global Supply Chain. Prior to this, Li Guan worked at Apple from 2019 to 2023, specializing in global sourcing and supply management. Before joining Apple, Li Guan was at NIO from 2016 to 2019, serving as the Manager of Procurement. From 2014 to 2016, Li Guan worked at PwC as a Senior Associate in management consulting. Earlier in their career, Li Guan held positions at NXP Semiconductors and STMicroelectronics as a Senior ASIC Engineer and Senior ASIC Design Engineer respectively. Li Guan's work experience also includes a role as Engineering Manager at Zhongqing Digital Equipment Co. from 2004 to 2008, where they managed a team and developed innovative LED lighting solutions, including a project for the Beijing Olympics in 2008.

Li Guan completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering at Beihang University from 2000 to 2004. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Engineering in Electronic Engineering at the same university from 2004 to 2007. In 2012, Li Guan enrolled at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management in 2014.
