Menson Li

Menson Li has a wealth of experience in the field of robotics engineering. Menson began their career in 2015 as an Electrical System Designer for Spartan Racing, SJSU Formula SAE. In 2017, they worked as a Vehicle Engineering Intern for NIO and also held various roles at San Jose State University, including Student Research Assistant, Spartan Superway Mechatronics Student Researcher, Student Researcher/Project Lead for Autonomous Driving, and Mechatronics Lab Instructor. In 2018, they joined SafeAI, Inc. as a Robotics Intern, and then moved to the role of Robotics Engineer, Controls. In 2019, they worked for both Starsky Robotics as a Controls Engineer and SafeAI, Inc. as a Robotics Engineer, Controls. In 2021, they joined Petra as a Software Lead and Robotics Engineer, and in 2023 they began working as a Senior Autonomy Engineer for Glydways.

Menson Li has a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University, and a High School diploma from Los Altos High School.
