Todd Gallen

Todd Gallen, P.E. is a civil engineer and adjunct professor currently focused on scaling next-generation urban mobility solutions at Glydways. Previously, Gallen worked with the US Army Corps of Engineers and PennDOT, gaining extensive expertise in civil design, roadway geometry, and stormwater management. Gallen has also contributed to education as an adjunct professor at Delaware County Community College and Widener University, demonstrating a commitment to fostering the next generation of engineers. With a solid academic foundation from Stevens Institute of Technology and experience in various engineering roles, Gallen continues to lead innovative infrastructure initiatives.
