Chris Ely is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in the civil engineering and military sectors. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at GM HILL Engineering, Chris also holds the position of Contingency Engineer in the Civil Engineer Corps Officer for the U.S. Navy Reserve, contributing to operations such as at Commander Naval Forces Korea and Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti. Previous roles include Senior Construction Project Manager at Gulf Building LLC, Construction Manager at Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and various engineering and management positions within the U.S. Navy and United States Marine Corps. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has completed Level II Contracting at the Defense Acquisition University.
