GM Selection is a consulting and sales representation company founded in 2018. Our mission is to create an elite portfolio of unique, unusual, new, and exclusive places, promoting them to select agencies, private concierges, and family offices across Continental Europe. Our services are tailored for niche, independent properties, travel companies, cruises, airlines, and private jet enterprises seeking to strengthen their presence or launch their products in these key markets.
Our concept revolves around maintaining a highly selective portfolio and providing our clients with a personalized approach, individual attention, a dedicated team, and strategic sales initiatives. We act as an extension of your sales team—attending your regular meetings, assisting with budgets, and contributing through targeted strategies, focused sales actions, and exclusive outreach.

With expertise in positioning new, unusual, and remote properties, as well as extensive experience in selling private and exclusive experiences, we have established the right contacts within upscale travel agencies, private concierges, and family offices, reaching the most discerning clientele.

As hoteliers ourselves, we understand the core essentials such as Critical Success Factors (CSFs), RevPAR, and GOP. We respect and work within your budgets, enhance your visibility and market presence, provide valuable market and competitive intelligence, and guarantee ROI within a reasonable timeframe. Our goal is to leverage our expertise to help you achieve your objectives and meet your financial targets.
