Steven Grierson

Steven Grierson is currently the Superintendent of Surface Infrastructure at GM3, where they oversee major maintenance projects and lead contractor management while ensuring safety and efficiency. Their engineering career began with the BHP Billiton graduate program, followed by roles in maintenance planning and supervision, resulting in extensive experience in project management, reliability, and health and safety processes. Steven has successfully managed multiple significant projects throughout their career, including structural rectification and complex maintenance activities in the coal mining sector. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Wollongong.
