Greg Miller

Greg Miller is currently the controller at GMMB. Prior to this, they were the director of accounting at GP Strategies Corporation from December 2007 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for advising senior management on global accounting strategies, processes and procedures. Greg was also responsible for accounting oversight for AMERICAS (USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia) legal entities.

During their time at GP Strategies Corporation, Greg effectively collaborated with the VP of Accounting and Accounting Managers to develop global accounting strategies. Greg also managed four direct and four indirect reports overseeing Fixed Assets, Payroll and General Ledger. Additionally, they reviewed and signed-off on balance sheet and income statement account analysis, inspected and authorized monthly payroll and labor processing reports, and performed annual review of audited foreign entity statutory financial statements.

Leading up to and during their time at GP Strategies Corporation, Greg has been involved in various ERP implementations and trainings. Greg has also worked closely with Tax Departments on global tax matters, as well as with 3rd party foreign accounting firms to ensure local financials reconcile with US GAAP financials. Greg has created company-wide global procedures for fixed asset processing impacting more than 25 entities and has drafted procedures and guidelines to ensure accounting policies are followed in accordance to GAAP. In addition, they have ensured compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) during quarterly and annual audits.

Greg Miller has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University. Greg also has a certification from the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy in Certified Public Accountant.

Greg Miller reports to Bill Brocato, CFO. They work with Selam Gebre - Accounts Payable Specialist, Amanda Adams - Senior Staff Accountant, and Tia Neblett - Billing Specialist.
