Adam Phung is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in desktop engineering and IT support. Currently serving as a Desktop Engineer at GMO since November 2020, Adam previously held the position of IT Support Specialist II at Atos, where dedicated support was provided to the Executive and Investment department of a large asset management firm, alongside application support and process improvements through PowerShell scripting. Prior to this, Adam worked as a System Administrator at Trico USA, LLC, focusing on server and desktop maintenance, as well as developing in-house applications, including RESTful web APIs and a web-based CRM. Adam’s career began at Siemens ITS, providing break-fix support for PC and printer hardware. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Boston University, awarded in 2014.
