Drew Edwards

Drew Edwards has extensive work experience in finance and investment management. Drew currently serves as the Partner, Head of Japan Value Equities, and Portfolio Manager at GMO since August 2020. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Usonian Investments LLC from August 2017 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at Advisory Research, Inc as a Managing Director from January 2008 to July 2017. Additionally, Drew held various positions at Taiyo Pacific Partners, Fillmore Healthcare Partners, McKesson, Lehman Brothers, Pfizer, and Edwards Property Management throughout their career.

Drew Edwards completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics at Sophia University from 1992 to 1994. Later on, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued two concurrent degrees: a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a JD MBA, studying Law at Northwestern University's Pritzker School of Law.
