Michelle Hicks

Michelle Hicks has extensive experience in business development and investor relations within the financial services sector. Currently, Michelle serves on the Global Client Relations team at GMO, focusing on institutional and family office prospects in the US and Canada since September 2015. Prior to this, Michelle was the Managing Director at Strategic Value Partners, LLC, overseeing investor relations for a global distressed debt firm. Michelle also held various roles at Wellington Management, including Associate Partner and Business Development Manager, and served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Equity Products Group. Earlier career experiences include positions at Tribune Broadcasting and Hearst in advertising sales. Michelle earned a BA in Psychology from Amherst College and an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
