Taiob Ali

Taiob Ali is an experienced Database Solutions Manager at GMO since September 2016, overseeing a global team that provides 24x7 database solutions for the investment management sector. Previously, Taiob held positions as Principal DBA and Sr. SQL Server DBA at Fresenius Medical Care, supporting a significant volume of SQL and MongoDB instances, and as Associate Manager of Database Operations at Monster Worldwide, managing DBA teams across North America and coordinating global projects. Taiob began a career in the maritime industry as a Merchant Navy Officer before transitioning to technology, culminating in advanced degrees in Computer Science and Naval Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Newcastle University, respectively.
