Yan Chen

Yan Chen, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as Product Manager, Project Manager, and Analyst at GMO since 2006. Prior to this role, Yan Chen held the position of Vice President, Equity & Fixed Income Application Manager at Standish Mellon Asset Management from 1999 to 2006, and worked as a Senior Application Developer at SunGard from 1998 to 1999. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Wellington Management from 1995 to 1998. Yan Chen holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, a Master of Science degree in System Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Academy of Mathematics and System Science, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Tsinghua University.
