Guisela Eberle, PHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in Human Resources with over 17 years of experience in various roles. Guisela currently serves as the Human Resources Director at GMRE, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah, where they played a key role in aligning people decisions with organizational strategy and ensuring an excellent team member experience. Guisela also served as the Human Resources Director - Benefits & Compensation at Clark College, where they transitioned the HR function into a comprehensive organization focused on HR policies, training, and supporting strategic goals. Guisela has also held positions such as Assistant Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, Recruiter at DaVita, and Human Resources Supervisor at Vail Resorts. In these roles, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and training.
