Mike Bourcier

Mike Bourcier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both chaplaincy and project management. Currently serving as a Protestant Chaplain with the California State Guard's Air Component Command at Point Mugu NAS since October 2021, Mike has also held the position of B-2 Project Manager at Gauss Management Research & Engineering since the same month. Prior to these roles, Mike volunteered as a chaplain at Tehachapi Valley Hospital District and Adventist Health, providing spiritual care to patients and staff. Mike's career also includes significant technical leadership as a Technical Director at the 412th Maintenance Group and experience as a Flight Test Control Engineer at General Dynamics. Mike's educational background encompasses multiple advanced degrees in theology, pastoral studies, and logistics engineering, obtained from institutions such as Liberty University and National University.
