Ann Knapp is the Director of Transportation Services at GMS Mobility. Ann has over 10 years of experience in account management and customer service. Prior to their current position, they were the Assistant Director of Admissions at EDMC and an account manager at Budd Van Lines and Palmer Moving & Storage. Ann is known for their excellent customer service skills and their ability to build strong relationships with their clients. Ann is passionate about their work and takes great pride in providing a high quality experience for their customers.

Ann Knapp has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assumption University. Ann is also certified by Worldwide ERC as a Global Mobility Specialist and Certified Relocation Professional. Additionally, they are certified by the American Moving & Storage Association as a Certified Moving Consultant.
