At Law Crandall (formerly LeRoy Crandall and Associates) from March 1983 to July 1996, David held positions as Field Technician, Staff Engineer, and Satellite Office Manager. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Newport University, a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Westmont College.
