Vlad Olteanu

Vlad Olteanu is the Head of Navigation and Ground Systems at GMV Romania, a position held since 2018. Previously, they served as a researcher and navigation adviser at the Romanian Space Agency from 2007 to 2018, where they were actively involved in various European Commission and ESA committees. Additionally, Vlad worked as an associate lecturer at the Faculty of Land Reclamation and Environmental Engineering from 2010 to 2018, focusing on GNSS and geodesy. They earned a PhD in Civil Engineering and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții din București, along with postgraduate studies in the same field.
