Revolutionizing Swim Training with GMX7.

At GMX7, we’re changing the game for swimmers, triathletes, and coaches by delivering a smarter, more efficient way to build strength, endurance, and speed—without sacrificing technique.

Designed by former world champion and record holder David McCagg, the GMX7 system was created to fill a critical gap in swim training. Traditional resistance methods often compromise stroke mechanics, but GMX7 ensures perfect alignment and fluid motion while providing constant, adjustable resistance.

Why GMX7?
