John Ellison is a Lead Research Scientist with a strong background in acoustics, hearing science, and audiology. They have extensive experience in research and development, particularly in designing and optimizing signal processing algorithms for auditory devices. Previously, John served as a Senior Hearing Systems Engineer at Eargo and as a Clinical Trainer for Interacoustics A/S, where they created educational materials and conducted international webinars on hearing health technology. Their educational achievements include two Master of Science degrees, one from the University of Arizona in Audiology and the other from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Architectural Acoustics. Currently, John continues to advance hearing-related technology as a Senior Research and Development Feature Specialist at Novidan, Inc.
