John Lempel

John Lempel is an experienced professional in program management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Bike Instructor at FitnessX since January 2025. At GN Group, since August 2019, John has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, where responsibilities involve overseeing a global organization of Agile Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters, as well as promoting agile development and training within the company. Previous positions include Director and Senior Manager at Coloplast and Senior Project Manager at Sitecore, where John managed cross-functional teams in digital system development. Notably, during a long tenure at Nokia, John was responsible for multiple complex chipset platform programs and played a key role in developing the first Dual SIM device in the feature phone category. John holds an Executive Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and has completed additional education at Copenhagen Business School and Nokia Learning Center.
