Maria Eitzinger, PhD, is a seasoned professional in user research and service design with extensive experience in the tech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Lead User Researcher at GN Group since December 2023, Maria previously held roles at Manyone as Lead Service Designer and Senior Design Researcher, and at Loop UX as Senior UX Researcher.
