Michael Broe Andersen

Michael Broe Andersen is an experienced leader in HR technology and analytics, currently serving as the Head of People Technology & Analytics at GN Group since March 2023. Previously, Michael held various roles at Coloplast, including Senior Manager of HR Systems & Insights, where responsibilities encompassed leading the global People Cycle agenda and strategic workforce planning. At Danske Bank, Michael advanced strategic workforce planning as HR Insights Manager and led global team development as Head of Global Teams Development. With a foundation in management consulting from Mercuri Urval A/S, Michael specialized in recruitment, leadership development, and organizational transformation. Michael holds both an MSc and BSc in Business Administration & Psychology from Copenhagen Business School.
