Peter Nabben

Peter Nabben currently serves as Deputy General Counsel and Head of Group Legal HQ at GN Group, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Peter Nabben was VP and General Counsel at UNION therapeutics A/S from March 2021 to September 2023, overseeing legal matters including corporate governance, fundraising, and intellectual property. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ISS A/S, Legal Director & General Counsel at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, and a Legal & Contracts Manager at Agilent Technologies. Peter Nabben's career began at Statens Serum Institut, where roles included Head of Business Development and Business Development Manager in the Vaccine Division. Early legal experience was also gained as a Legal Officer at Danish FSA and as a Student at Lundbeck. Peter Nabben holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School.
