Philip Kisbye

Philip Kisbye is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and M&A law. Since October 2022, Philip has held the position of Legal Counsel at GN Group, following a similar role at Omada from December 2020 to October 2022. Prior to that, Philip served as a Manager at EY, focusing on corporate law and M&A from December 2016 to December 2020, and held various legal consultancy positions, notably at Satair Group and in project roles at Ramboll Management Consulting. Philip's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Economics from Bentley University.
