Rick Shan

Rick Shan currently serves as Senior Director of Global Material Supply Management at GN Group since February 2025. Previously, Rick held the position of Director of Supplier Management/Supply Chain Management at NZXT, Inc. from July 2021 to August 2024, leading teams in RFQ management, supplier management, and operations management. Prior to NZXT, Rick was the Head of Sourcing at MitraStar Technology for a brief period and spent over a decade at Primax Electronics Ltd. as Senior Director, overseeing procurement, supplier selection, and contract management. In earlier roles, Rick successfully managed numerous RFQ programs and led cross-functional teams to facilitate significant production outputs, demonstrating strong skills in sourcing strategy and supply chain optimization.
