Dr. Luis Rubin is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and the president of the Cirur - Integrated Rubin Oral Health Center, where they focus on bucomaxillofacial rehabilitation for patients who are partially or totally edentulous. Having earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1993, Dr. Rubin completed various residencies and fellowships in Oral Surgery, Implantology, and facial deformities, honing their expertise over decades. Currently, they continue to practice as a dentist at the New Bedford Community Health Center and maintain their leadership role in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Rubin has also contributed to dental education as an invited professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
