Eduardo Gámez

Eduardo Gámez possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management, beginning with a role at Alsea as Supervisor de Tiendas for Starbucks Coffee México from 2008 to 2014, where operational supervision and team management were key responsibilities. Following this, Eduardo held positions at FEMSA and CHIVAS FC, where oversight of multiple distribution centers and the coordination of operations was integral. Further expertise was developed in training and change management, culminating in a role as HR Director at HELADOS SULTANA, focusing on aligning talent management with business objectives. As HRBP Manager at Iconn and later as Sr. HRBP at 7-Eleven México, strategic partnership in large-scale consumer operations was achieved. Currently, Eduardo serves as Sr HRBP at GNC, leading national HR strategies for operations and distribution centers, supported by a degree in Marketing from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila and a Master’s in RH and Leadership from Universidad Americana del Noreste.
