John Galla

John Galla is an experienced management professional with a strong background in retail operations, currently serving as Manager of Store Strategy & Process at GNC since 2016. In this multifaceted role, John specializes in process development and execution, including SOP documentation, communication, and data analysis, while also managing vendor relationships and community outreach efforts. Prior to GNC, John held various leadership positions at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. from 1999 to 2016, including Lead of Global Store Operations, where responsibilities included creating operational SOPs, managing supply ordering, and leading new store openings, particularly in the Factory Division and international markets. John holds a Bachelor's degree in American Social Studies from Ohio University.
