Rachel Baker, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN, currently serves as the Manager of Scientific Communications at GNC since February 2020, where responsibilities include creating customer-facing communications and translating scientific research in sports nutrition and wellness. Prior experience includes managerial roles in nutrition content and scientific communications at UPMC, and as a sports dietitian at the University of Pittsburgh, where Rachel developed the sports nutrition program for various teams. With extensive counseling experience for athletes at QT2 Systems, Rachel has also participated in nutrition research for the U.S. Special Warfare military community. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Vermont.
