Three lines of work in one company:

Develop. We originate and build battery storage projects across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Pipeline of 467 MW.

Own. We hold equity in project SPVs through commissioning, with capital recycling via forward sale agreements post-COD. Retaining a 30 to 51 percent stake in each asset for long-term alignment.

Trade. Gnist Markets is our proprietary AI trading platform, live across day-ahead, intraday and balancing markets.

Hybrid integration. We integrate batteries with existing wind, solar and hydro assets to extend asset life and capture flexibility value for Nordic power producers.

Norway’s first hybrid wind+battery operational at Åsen since May 2026, opened by Energy Minister Terje Aasland. Strategic partnerships with Eidsiva, Solvind, TGN Energy and Volund Power.

Ambition: 1 GW of Nordic battery storage and hybrid assets by 2032.
