Loïc Minier

Loïc Minier is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in open source software and systems architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Qualcomm since December 2024, Minier previously held multiple roles at Canonical, including Ubuntu Core Developer, Director of Partner Engineering Architecture, Global Director of Devices Field Engineering, Consulting Architect, and Technical Architect, contributing significantly to Ubuntu and Debian projects. Additionally, Minier has been an active member of the GNOME Foundation and worked as a Developer at Debian since 2004. Prior roles include Product Manager and Technical Architect at Linaro, Consultant at Inexbee, and an intern at Louis Vuitton, showcasing a strong background in software development for telecommunications and enterprise clients. Minier holds a degree from CentraleSupélec, completed in 2004.
