Gnosis (no-sis) Coffee Roasters, located in Lewisburg, PA, is a small-batch coffee roasting company focused on roasting specialty coffees with delicious natural flavors.

At Gnosis, our focus is to accentuate the natural flavors in the coffee bean. To maintain this goal, we keep our offerings simple to maintain high quality + freshness. Along with our signature coffees, we offer a rotation of premium single origins.

Our rotations may include:
1. Tried and true classics like Ethiopia Yirgacheffe + sweet Colombians
2. New + unique origins that don't get as much love
3. Experimental processing methods that create some funky and exotic flavors that might leave you thinking, "WOW! Is this really coffee?!"

Did you know... that Gnosis is a Brand Representative for Typhoon Roaster? If you're a coffee roaster in the US and you're interested in learning more about air-roasting with a Typhoon fluid bed roaster, we'd love to chat with you! We made the switch from a traditional drum roaster to a Typhoon over a year ago, and it's been a game changer for our business. From the transition process to installation, we're happy to share everything we've learned. Feel free to shoot me a message or reach out to Jed at 570-713-7357 for more details!
