Lion, known online as dapplion, is currently a core developer at Sigma Prime, where they build open source tools for a decentralized world. They previously served as a senior researcher at UC Irvine, focusing on air quality assessment using advanced atmospheric models. With a background in software development, Lion led the Lodestar team at ChainSafe Systems and contributed to the developer experience at Aragon. They also have a musical background as a producer in the electronic music duo BOXINLION, achieving significant streaming success and international performances. Lion holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and has cultivated expertise across various technical disciplines and projects.
