Carl Dulay

Carl Dulay is a Software Engineer with experience in Java development for NIDS software under the Federal Aviation Administration's IDSR contract. Carl also has experience in software development life cycle, customer validation, and debugging. In addition to their software engineering roles, Carl has also worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in surgical floor care. Carl has also interned as a Systems Administrator, responsible for basic server support and troubleshooting. Carl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Saint Peter's University.
