GNR Group is a real estate investment firm comprised of specialized companies operating across the East Coast, with a core focus on the Single-Family Rental (SFR) sector and expanding capabilities in Multifamily and Industrial real estate. Founded in 2005, the company has built a strong reputation through its experienced team, disciplined execution, and fully integrated operating platform.

GNR manages more than 1,700 units totaling 1.7 million rentable square feet, oversees the construction of roughly 60 units at any time, and maintains an active pipeline of 100 additional units in various stages of development. While large-scale SFR portfolios remain its primary strength, GNR has strategically grown into workforce multifamily and industrial assets, applying the same operational rigor and value-creation strategies that shaped its SFR leadership.

Daily operations involve coordination with key stakeholders—including tenants, contractors, suppliers, and city and federal officials—while consistently supporting the needs of investor partners. GNR’s U.S. headquarters in Philadelphia’s Art Museum neighborhood sits within 4–5 miles of most assets, enabling close oversight, rapid response capabilities, and true on-the-ground management.

The Group employs more than 70 professionals across acquisition, construction, leasing, property management, industrial oversight, and asset management—all under one integrated platform. In 2019, GNR expanded into Baltimore, where it now manages over 600 units and continues to grow in both residential and industrial holdings.

Today, GNR is recognized as one of the Top-20 SFR operators in the United States and the largest SFR landlord in Philadelphia, PA, while actively scaling its multifamily and industrial portfolio.
