Berto van Egdom

Berto van Egdom serves as the Director of Operations at GNX since 2020, providing strategic leadership to the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Network Operations Center (NOC), while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with customer expectations. Prior to this role, Berto worked at Custom Connect from 2014 to 2020 as a Global Project Manager and Project Manager. Berto holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerciële economie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has earned multiple certifications, including a CCNA from Cisco Networking Academy, a project management degree from NCOI Opleidingen, and an ITIL® 4 Foundation certification from LOI.
