Rick Mur is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in networking and cloud solutions. As Co-Founder and CTO of GNX since September 2018, Rick plays a pivotal role in driving international connectivity for enterprise customers. In addition to this role, Rick has been an Investor and Director at Servada since August 2022. Previously, Rick held senior positions at Juniper Networks, focusing on cloud and data center strategies in EMEA, and served as Technical Architect at PeakFactory, where Rick developed scalable Content Delivery Network solutions. Rick's career spans various significant roles, including a Global Systems Engineer at Cisco and Technical Consultant at Telindus Nederland, demonstrating expertise in large-scale network design and implementation for enterprise and service providers. Rick also contributed to academia as a Sr. Instructor at IPexpert, Inc., authoring a CCIE Data Center Lab Workbook. Rick's education includes a HAVO degree from Niftarlake College, emphasizing mathematics and informatics.
