Patrick Phaff is an experienced performance coach and sport scientist with a diverse background in athletics and physical therapy. Phaff served as the academy performance coordinator and sport scientist at Sparta Rotterdam from October 2019 to June 2021, followed by a role as an academy performance coach at Almere City FC from June 2021 to July 2023. Phaff's professional experience includes work as a physiotherapist at Fysiotherapie Westdijk and Medisch Centrum Back Up, and as a cardiac rehabilitation fitness trainer at Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland. Currently, Phaff is the performance coach for the 1st team at Go Ahead Eagles and previously held positions in strength and conditioning at FC Utrecht.
