Claire Schofield

Claire Schofield is the Head of People at Go Ape, a position held since 2017. They have extensive experience in human resources, including roles as HR Adviser at Universal Music and Head of HR for the London 2012 Ceremonies, where they established HR functions for the Olympic Games. Prior to these roles, Claire was an HR Officer at Chatmoderators and an HR Business Partner at GMTV, demonstrating a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Claire holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management with Distinction from CIPD and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth Business School.
