Sam Diah

Sam Diah is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community experience, dynamic culture, and driver empowerment at Gojek since September 2011. As Vice President of Community Experience and Dynamic Culture, Sam focused on building a positive work environment and engaging employees globally. Previously, as Vice President of Driver Empowerment, Sam led a successful mass recruitment initiative. Earlier roles included General Manager, where responsibilities spanned business development, client relations, and media marketing, and Marketing Manager at Armada Cipta Lestari and Marka Media. Career foundations were established as a Casting Director at SyZyGy Productions and a Senior Production Assistant at Fremantle Indonesia. Sam holds a Diploma in Broadcast Operations, Film, and TV from North Metropolitan TAFE.
