GO Personnel do not just provide a stop-gap ... we aim to fill it with a caring, fully-trained professional. We have over 18 years experience in the care industry, with at least 10 years in advocacy dealing directly with some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

We have years of association, and have developed good working relationships with
•	Local councils
•	Social services
•	NHS and Private Care Homes
We have learned what everyone invested in a loved-one’s care needs, and requires from an agency care worker. At Go Personnel we aim to provide just that.

From your first contact with us, you will receive a compassionate and empathetic response, which recognises from all angles what your needs may be.

All our clients will have direct personal contact with us, and will be able to provide us with information about their services. We can formulate exactly what you require.

Our endeavour will then be to provide well trained, reliable staff to provide exceptional care and support. As an agency we aim to listen carefully, understand your requirements, and do our very best to meet your needs and those of the people in your care. We want to earn your respect and trust, and establish a long-term relationship. We want to share your values, integrity and honesty. The agents who work for us will be fully vetted and trained. We aim to empower our agents to be independent and provide a first-class service which will make a positive difference for our clients and for the important people they serve.
