Stephen Makepeace

Stephen Makepeace is a seasoned professional in the self-storage industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Go Store It Self-Storage since January 2017. In this role, Stephen oversees the conversion, development, and operation of multiple storage facilities across the Southeast United States. Prior experience includes serving as District Manager for SmartStop Self Storage, managing operations for 14 locations, and for Storage Pros Management LLC, managing 17 locations in Tennessee and Florida. Earlier career highlights involve managing over 70 Quiznos franchises as Regional Manager and contributing to the expansion of Public Storage in South Carolina as District Manager. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Kent State University.
