Guy Coenen

Guy Coenen is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in founding and managing various companies. As the founder of Groep Coenen and Be-Housing, Guy has played a pivotal role in the commercial residential real estate market and in managing Belgium's largest family-owned serviced apartments. Co-founding Ecorus, one of the leading solar installation companies in the Benelux, highlights Guy's commitment to renewable energy. As the owner of Residentie Lindehof, Guy focuses on providing a familial atmosphere for assisted living. Additional ventures include ownership of Krieckaert Natuurpark Lanaken, co-founding Go Watts for charging solutions, and participation in real estate reconversion projects through Focus. Guy co-owns Artur interieur, specializing in bespoke interiors, kitchens, and bathrooms, and has further expanded entrepreneurial efforts with a new venture in roofing. Guy Coenen studied at Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven from 1982 to 1985.
