Ajit Kumar has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ajit started their career as a Deputy Site Engineer at QCON INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED from December 2016 to January 2018. Ajit then worked as a Sales Business Development Manager at OfBusiness for a brief period in April and May 2019. Ajit later joined FSS in October 2020, where they held the role of Product & Partnership. During their tenure at FSS, Ajit was responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a digital B2B2C assisted marketplace with tailored financial products for the rural market. Ajit also managed risks associated with payment system fraud for various financial products and services. Ajit was in charge of multiple financial products and services and played a vital role in expanding the customer base through strategic alliances with leading merchant acquirers. Additionally, they successfully delivered deals with prominent BFSI companies, leading to projected revenue growth. Adept at building relationships with partners, Ajit mitigated operational, fraud, and compliance risks related to financial offerings. In August 2022, Ajit joined Yubi as an Associate Vice President - Co.Lending, where they focus on providing debt solutions to a wide range of entities.

Ajit Kumar obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2018 to 2020.
